- We love happy customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please login to your account and fill out a return request.
- WHAT IS 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY?
- We accept Returns within 14 days from the original delivery date for all US orders. We don’t accept international returns at that time.
- Due to the fact that shipping was paid, it is non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping. But we will gladly provide shipping label ready to be printed.
- All merchandize on SALE is non-refundable. These products will clearly state this info in their description as Final Sale.
- All eyewear made with prescription lenses is not eligible for return or exchange due to the fact, that lenses are individually cut for each prescription and frame shape.
- Full priced items may be returned for a refund but are subject to a 20% restocking fee per each item.
- Refund is made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- Please allow 10 business days to process a request upon receiving your parcel.
- TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE:
- First please login to your account and fill out the return request form.
- Print out your shipping label
- Please use the same shipping box, make sure all products are in perfect unworn condition with no scratches and damage, and return all original materials sent by EYEZZ.
Fees will be charged if returned product is missing the plastic bag, original box, accessories and any packaging and marketing materials
*EYEZZ reserves the right to refuse any damaged returns.
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
- We are not accepting exchanges at that time. Each pair is prepared for each customer individually. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy and see if you qualify for a return.
