We will ship insured to over 50 countries via USPS or UPS. Delivery time will differ depending on the product you buy. Shipping time doesn’t include processing time. In-stock products with fast-shipping icon will be shipped the next day after the purchase is complete. Designer sunglasses and eyeglasses and RX sunglasses can take longer, as we need more time for custom lens fitting. When the order is placed, it will go through the processing phase and will get shipped via the shipping method chosen by customer at the time of placing the order. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. No worries if you don’t see an email, you can always login to your account and track the order online 24/7. - Processing time for stock eyewear takes less then 24 hours, and your order will be shipped next day. For most luxury designer brands, processing time takes 3-5 business days as we need to order it for you. Please keep in mind that prescription glasses may take extra time for a custom lens fitting.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Once you've received the shipment confirmation, it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking number to become available in your account. Go to the “My Account” section on the website and click on the tab “Orders”. - DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
- Yes, we will gladly ship to P.O. box address if you select “Free Shipping” option. For Express and Expedited shipping delivery to P.O. box is not available, as your package will be handled by UPS, and they don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
- DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
- We are happy to ship internationally for additional $45 USD fee. EYEZZ is not responsible for any additional custom fees associated with the order.
