- We are trying to make you shopping experience as fast and easy as possible. Please, create an account at www.eyezz.com, add your favorite pair/ pairs of eyewear to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- WHAT DO I NEED TO ORDER PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR?
- To order eyewear with prescription lenses you need a valid prescription.
- HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER HISTORY?
- You can check your order history any time by going to the “My Account” section on the website and by clicking on the tab “Orders”. If you don’t have an access to your account, please contact our customer service department at (844)43-EYEZZ (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST) or email us at support@eyezz.com. We will be happy to help.
- HOW LONG DOES A PROCESSING TIME TAKE?
- Processing time for stock eyewear takes less then 24 hours and your order will be shipped next day. For most luxury designer brands processing time takes 3-5 business days as we need to order it for you. Please keep in mind that prescription glasses may take extra time for a custom lens fitting.
- CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
- If you need to change your order, please contact our customer service department within 1 hour after the order is placed at (844)43-EYEZZ (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST) or email us at support@eyezz.com. We will help to apply changes to your order.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Due to the eyewear business specific, we are not able to cancel your order after it was placed, but we offer a very convenient return policy.
