- WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
- All orders are billed at the time when you submit your order.
- DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
- We are based in New York; therefore, sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to New York only.
- WAS MY PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL?
- As soon as your order is paid, you’ll be seeing a confirmation page, followed by a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please send us an email or give us a call. - HOW DO I GET A RECEIPT?
- A receipt will be attached to your shipping confirmation email and included with your purchase! If you need another copy, email us at email@example.com
- WHERE CAN I GET A SALES INVOICE?
- You can download a detailed sales invoice by accessing My Orders section of your account page.
- MY CARD WAS DECLINED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- We are sorry you have a trouble with your payment method. Please kindly check if billing info was entered correctly. Your billing address should match your banking info.
Please also check all info for a sudden misspelling. Sometimes card gets declined if the account has insufficient funds. If you checked everything but the payment still hasn’t gone through, you should try call your card provider to ensure that there are no problems with your card. Try to use another card.
